I’m glad you’re here!

Welcome, I’m Chaneille

Finding a therapist that you connect with is an important part of your journey. Let’s see if we’re a match!

Having worked in an NHS hospice working with loss and palliative clients to a range of private practices, I have developed a wealth of experience supporting individuals through self-discovery as well as navigating through testing times.

I absolutely love my role as a therapist. It is such an honour to be able to work with clients through difficult times and on their journey of self-discovery. Developing a safe and comfortable relationship where clients can voice their truths, cultivate their inner strength and deepen their self-awareness, is beyond a privilege.

I am not only a therapist, but a human. I pride myself in bring humility and humanity into the therapeutic space. I became a therapist because I wanted to provide a safe haven for others, like my therapists in the past provided for me. My aim is to provide a space where you feel seen, heard and empowered to bring your whole self to our sessions.

Although I’ll be standing with you on your journey, I will not dictate answers as I believe that you know yourself best. With your permission, I am here to understand what makes you you, the impacts of difficulties experienced and who you truly are without all the noise of the outside world.

Together, with safe exploration, we will uncover your authentic self and navigate difficulties through the development of an understanding of your personal journey.

Some of the difficulties I’ve worked with include and are not limited to;

  • Self-esteem

  • Relationship Problems

  • Childhood Sexual Abuse

  • Loss and Bereavement

  • Women’s Health

  • Panic Attacks

  • Trauma

  • Family Issues

  • Body Image

  • Dissociation

  • Work-Related Stress

  • Emotion Abuse and Neglect

  • Anxiety

  • Identity

  • Self-Harm
